Starting a roofing business in our family room with a borrowed truck in the midst of a financial recession was a risky decision that we weren't initially sure would be successful. It hasn't always been easy, but we are proud to have just celebrated our 10th year in business. Founded by Salvador, Annette, and Felix Franco, we truly are a family owned and operated local business. Foundational to our success has been our commitment to customer satisfaction and high quality workmanship. Above all, our principles and faith have guided us to operate a business that acts with care, dignity and respect to ensure every client feels like all of their roofing needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

With proper maintenance, a typical composition shingle roof can last 15 years or more. If your roof is showing visible signs of aging, like missing or disintegrated shingles, leaking or water damage, it may be time to replace your roof.
How much will a new roof cost?
There are many factors that influence the cost of a new roof. The size of your home, pitch of the roof, type of materials used, and number of existing roof layers are some of the variables that determine the cost of a new roof. We always recommend homeowners get several bids to consider what roofing company best meets their needs. With PPR, what you see is what you get. Our contracts are easy to understand, with no hidden fees. We clearly communicate the complexities roofing process and help every customer to feel informed to make the best decision for their individual needs.
Will it be messy?
We take every precaution to ensure your home and property are protected and thoroughly cleaned-up during the roofing process. Prior to starting on your roof, we "stage" the property, by setting up tarps and barriers to protect the yard, plants, and anything else that could be damaged by debris. Instead of using a big bulky dumpster that could damage your driveway, we use mobile dump trucks to quickly and easily haul away your old roof. At the end of every work day, we inspect your yard and patio for material and nails using high powered magnets to keep your children and pets safe. Our goal is to leave every job site better than we found it.
Can you replace your roof in the rainy season?
Short Answer: Yes, we install new roofs year-round. Long Answer: Living in the PNW, we know that a good majority of the year is rainy and roofing may need to be done in a less than ideal time of year. Over the last ten years in business, PPR has gained a lot of practical experience roofing year round. We have refined and perfected our process taking precautions to ensure your property and the exposed material is protected from rain and other extreme weather.
How long does a warranty last?
At PPR we stand behind the quality of our work. We are proud to offer a 10 year workmanship warranty, which is double the roofing industry standard. Depending on the type of material you choose for your roof, manufacturing warranties last 30 years or more.
